2025 Safety Video Contest Winners

High school students from all over Somerset County created videos highlighting safety tips in three categories: drivers, pedestrians and cyclists, to encourage their peers to be safe during the summer. We received three submissions from various grades and schools! Winners were selected from each category, and each individual received a $100 gift card.

The Safety Video Contest is back and is growing with amazing talented individuals and video submissions. This past summer, we had the pleasure of awarding three students from Franklin High School. The winning videos will be featured in our social media and blog posts throughout the months of September and October in promoting the importance of pedestrian safety during National Pedestrian Safety Month. You will also be able to learn about their thoughts on pedestrian safety when it comes to their peers and youth while doing their part to keep Franklin Township safer. We were thrilled to have had the opportunity to speak with them about their video submissions and their thoughts on road and pedestrian safety with our recent Community Safety Round Table Conversation.
